BIO

Rachael’s passion lies in an individual finding love and appreciation for their body and what it is capable of. With years of intensive dance training followed by an extensive career, Rachael brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, focusing on strength, form, mobility and cardiovascular conditioning. She wants to bring out the best in you, by creating a physically and mentally well rounded athlete who not only feels better, but moves with ease, control and strength through range.

Background

After 10 years of working as a professional international dancer, Rachael transitioned into the world of fitness and has never looked back. Her career has taken her from her home town of Sydney, Australia, to Las Vegas, Macau and Hong Kong before residing in the UK. Rachael has been lucky enough to cross paths with incredibly experienced and influential people in the performance and the fitness world, all who have majorly contributed to her knowledge and skills she currently possess. From a very young age Rachael was taught first hand about the mechanics of a human body, ways to specifically train and master movement and this is what she brings to her clients. Along with her wealth of experience, Rachael is a fully qualified group instructor and PT and is currently completing her yoga teacher trainer.
