Jack specialises in strength and conditioning, human movement and pain-free performance. His training philosophy encompasses soft tissue work, a dynamic warm up, full body strength training and conditioning that is appropriate to the client’s needs.
He is able to get the best out of his clients by implementing scalable progressions to suitably challenge every individual at any fitness level, thereby improving their movement quality, body composition and physical performance.


Jack has been working as a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer for over 3 years. During this time, he has acquired an extensive amount of knowledge and wisdom through his continued professional development with some of the world’s leading educational institutions; such as the UK’s Strength and Conditioning Association, the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning.

The combination of Jack's educational background as well as his applied coaching skillset, has enabled him to successfully individualise each client program to help every individual reach their specific goals.
