Before entering the fitness industry, I worked as an Assistant Director in Film & TV, where long, demanding hours were the norm. I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to maintain both physical and mental health under the pressures of everyday life, which is why I’m so passionate about fitness! Having competed in top-level sports, including club football, I’ve learned the value of discipline, dedication, and hard work. These principles fuel my personal training philosophy. My goal is to guide clients to success, help them crush their goals, and build a mindset as tough as your post-leg-day walk!
