Adil Zulkahari
GOLD
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING TRAINER
Bio
I have been a trainer for 10 years and have a level 4 qualification in strength and conditioning. My approach involves making health and fitness a lifestyle, by creating a sustainable plan that is easy to follow for busy professionals. Other key areas I pay attention to is nutrition, my goal is to educate my clients on a way of eating that will yield long term results, without following a fad diet.
What ties this all together is accountability, you can have the best programme in the world but if you’re not following it, it means nothing.
Background
I grew up playing a lot of sport. As a kid growing up in London football was my main love and obsession. Into my teens I got more into martial arts such as Muay Thai and boxing. I now hold a blue belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu.
