Functional Training
Functional training workouts written to build a 360 degree strength and conditioning foundation. Functional training isn’t about how big or how heavy you can lift. It’s about creating a launchpad for you to build upon.
boxing skills
Boxing skills are here to help you work on your technique and form. You’ll work with ex-professionals and industry leading coaches to help you hone the art of boxing.
The programme was second to none; intense, sometimes five workouts a day, but that's what we wanted. From strength and conditioning on the beach, sunset pilates on the helipad runs through the Cretian Hills, there was so much variety and all the coaches brought their unique personalities and enthusiasm to each session.
