BACKGROUND

Nick has an undergraduate degree in Sports Psychology and Coaching Sciences at Bournemouth University as well as a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning at Middlesex University.

Nick has gained excellent first-hand experience within a professional football environment having worked as part of the academy Sports Science and Conditioning department at Charlton Athletic FC, and the first team Strength & Conditioning department at Brentford FC.

He currently works as a Consultant Strength and Conditioning coach within Arsenal Women’s Academy and at CHHP, as well as assisting the Premier League with their national fitness testing across all Premier League academies, benchmarking the athletic development of all academy players.

Therefore, combining both his theoretical knowledge alongside his practically applied skills has allowed Nick to develop a specific philosophy and establish that his true passion lies with helping clients to realise their ultimate fitness goals in a fun, enjoyable way. This has lead for Nick to believe that in order to develop physical excellence and maximise human performance that we provide innovative coaching principles that are rooted in science.
