CLASS STRUCTURE

4 Stations / 6 athletes per station

Event Induction:
Leading coach will walk entire class through each station breaking down the session, structure, timings and will split class into 4 groups instructing which group starts where.

Mobility and Bodyweight heart raiser.

Run - 6x Treadmill

Station TWO
Ski - 6x Ski Ergs

Station THREE
Track - Sled Push / Kettlebells

Station FOUR
DB Strength - Dumbbells / WallBalls
