What is your background/story?

I have been in the fitness industry for many years and love passing on my experience and knowledge to help other become fit confident and healthy. My background is boxing training, functional training, strength and conditioning.

What is your proudest achievement?

My daughter, nothing beats the priceless moments of raising your own child.

What’s your favourite / least favourite exercise?

Favourite has to be bicep curls as they never let me down least favourite has to be Mountain climbers for more than 30 seconds LOL.

What aspect of training do you pride yourself on / bring to your classes?

Boxing as over the years I have taken it upon myself learning pad work routines and develop my holding skills to make the drills kore applicable to real life.

When are your classes?

Tuesday 7pm Friday 1pm and 6pm Sunday 9am.

What’s your music style in class?

My genres of music while teaching is rap (trap music) and house put it this way when you are punching it will be straight rap with swear words and if you’re doing more functional fitness it will be deep house.

Technical, motivational and fun.

What’s your naughty cheat meal?

Caribbean food Jerk rice and peas plantain on the side, yes, I consider that a chest meal.

Where can we find you at the weekend?

Teaching at BXR.

One thing you can’t live without?

Hair I haven’t got the head shape to be bald.

2 things people don’t know about you?

My movie trailer voice and I’m half Dominican.
