What is your background/story?
Fredrik started his fitness career after some time in the Norwegian Army and shortly after got into his Yoga practice which he loved and wanted to share with others. Playing football my whole life meant I found it easy and natural to get into the fitness industry to help other people getting into their fitness. When I discovered Yoga and saw the benefits it had to me both physically, mentally and emotionally it made me want to share that experience with others and became a teacher.
What is your proudest achievement?
My proudest achievements must be climbing the Matterhorn a couple of years ago or running a Ultra Marathon in 2017.

What’s your favourite / least favourite exercise?
My favourites must be anything with bodyweight, Pull-ups, pistol squats, dips and heavy back squats. Least favourite is definitely biceps curls!!
What aspect of training do you pride yourself on / bring to your classes?
Intelligent movement which brings your awareness to your practice and gets the most out of the postures.

What’s your music style in class?
Surprise! Mostly instrumental without too many swearwords. Too many favourites, but Fruit by ABRA is one at the top at the moment.

Intelligent, progressive, fun.
What’s your naughty cheat meal?
Lamb kebab at Kebab Kid in Parsons Green.
Where can we find you at the weekend?
Outdoors, enjoying the weather!
One thing you can’t live without?
Coffee, in any form. Mostly oat milk cappuccino!!
2 things people don’t know about you?
Climbed Matterhorn and used to be a firefighter.

It's a great way to start your day! Moving into postures in the right alignment with breath and focus brings a lot of awareness to your practice and can give you a nice release from all the external stuff that will meet you later in the day.
