Doug is a registered Osteopath working with a particular interest in spinal dysfunction, biomechanics, pain science, injury prevention and rehabilitation. He combines his keen interest of biomechanics and body movement with a holistic approach true to the osteopathic philosophy of treating the body as a whole. He has over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry and also works as a Strength and Conditioning and rehabilitation coach.

Doug graduated in Sports and Exercise Sciences from the University of Birmingham and went on to gain his personal training qualification from the American College of Sports Medicine. He also has a Masters in Osteopathy and is a fully registered osteopath, qualifying from the British School of Osteopathy in London, one of the leading osteopathic institutions in Europe. Doug is also a qualified C.H.E.K (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiologist).

Doug is also a regular lecturer and has led numerous seminars and workshops on various health and fitness related topics. Due to his diverse skill set, Doug’s clients/patients range from high performance athletes to those recovering from musculoskeletal and serious pathologies. He has worked with a wide range of athletes and fitness enthusiasts from all walks of life.
