BIO

Amy is a physiotherapist with an interest in injury rehabilitation and health and fitness.

She started her career as a professional Long Jumper for Team GB and represented Antigua and Barbuda at the Commonwealth Games. Amy moved to the United States to pursue her athletic career whilst graduating from Florida State University with a Business and Economics degree. With a passion for sport, Amy went on to earn her Master’s degree in Sports Science and Physiotherapy from Brunel University.

Outside of CHHP, Amy has worked for the NHS specialising in acute medical/surgical, respiratory, musculoskeletal, neurological and orthopaedic conditions. Amy enjoys treating and training clients at her local health and fitness club.

Amy’s clinical interest remains in musculoskeletal conditions with a keen interest in optimising health, performance and aesthetics. Amy turned to bodybuilding to learn how to optimise resistance training and nutrition to help her own clients. Alongside Physiotherapy, Amy is now an established professional bodybuilder in the IFBB professional league.

When Amy is not in the clinic she is training and competing on her quest to compete at the prestigious Mr Olympia.
