Please call Reception if you are unable to keep the appointment, we would kindly ask for 48 hours notice where possible for any changes. (Cancellation charges may apply at the full cost of the scheduled appointment if late cancellation occurs).
Terms of Payment
For Self Payers, we request that payment is made on the day at the conclusion of your consultation with the reception team. BXR members can choose of this to be part of their on- going direct debit fees for club services. We may be able to accept insurance for Physiotherapy & Osteopathy only. For those with Insurance Cover, please be advised that we require a Membership Number and a Pre authorisation Code in order for us to invoice your Insurance Company directly before your treatment begins. Without these, we request that payment is made on the day and we will supply you with a full receipt for you to claim back from your Insurance. Full details of your policy and the amount of sessions authorised must be provided in advance for your claim to be valid, otherwise self-pay terms apply.
