Brad started boxing at the age of 17 going down a local gym and as soon as he walked into the sound of bags being punched and skipping ropes, he was hooked! He feel that boxing is not only great for fitness purposes but is also a great lifestyle to live by. Work hard, train hard and to keep learning every day.

Brad is also a level 4 qualified Strength & Conditioning coach, which allows him to understand specific movements and attributes to perform at a top level in sports and to perform them safely.
